Founder, Chief Operating Officer

Callie is responsible for implementing the creative strategy and daily operations for all tentwentytwo podcasts. Callie started her career in talent management with Red Light Management and managed the careers of marquee names like Styx, Don Felder (formerly of the Eagles) and Robin Meade, before leaving music for live TV at CNN. She managed the on-air talent for HLN's Morning Express with Robin Meade. Her talent roster included Jennifer Westhoven, Bob van Dillen and Robin Meade, the longest running morning news anchor on television.

Callie's day-to-day focus is on making sure that the high-level talent and executives we work with have an easy, seamless, turnkey experience in the podcast space.

DAULER

Chief Creative Officer

With over 30 years of broadcast and executive producer experience, Jeff leads the creative strategy and programming for all tentwentytwo podcasts. Jeff was an on-air talent and executive producer for some of the most well-known and award-winning radio shows of our time including Mojo in the Morning and The Bert Show, among others. He is an expert in broadcast content for audiences of women ages 25-54.

Jeff has produced over 35,000 hours of audio. His extensive knowledge of the radio industry adds a unique and unparalled experience for tentwentytwo hosts to incorporate highly effective and proven programming tactics into their shows.

Jeff is famous for telling people interested in podcasting: “you can have a podcast about cheddar cheese and it will be a great listen if it’s programmed well”.

WALKER

VREELAND

Senior Producer

 Walker Vreeland is an award-winning producer, storyteller and coach. He is a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and Connecticut School of Broadcasting. Walker is best known for having hosted The Afternoon Show on 102.5 WBAZ-FM on Long Island. Podcast producer credits include I Don’t Need an Acting Class with Academy Award winner Milton Justice, (ranked the 4th best acting podcast in the world by Feedspot). Recipient of a 2023 Voice Arts Award™ and a 2023 Independent Publishers Book Award for “Outstanding Production of an Audiobook.” 

Walker has also worked extensively as an actor. His autobiographical solo play From Ship to Shape, the funny and wrenching account of his struggle with mental illness while performing on a cruise ship, enjoyed a sold-out run Off-Broadway in 2017. He does not recommend working on cruise ships.

JESSICA

CHENOWETH

Senior Producer

Meet our Senior Producer Jessica Chenoweth who oversees production for Mo News, Culture Leaders, Carpool, Moms on Call and Cheaties. Translation: she makes sure our content is recorded, loaded with the correct advertising and scheduled for release on time.

Her radio career started at the legendary Los Angeles radio station KIIS-FM where she answered phones on the weekend. Within three years she worked her way up to become the technical producer for On Air with Ryan Seacrest. In 2011 she moved to San Diego to become the Executive Producer at Hot AC Star 94.1. Currently, she is the Executive Producer for John and Tammy: San Diego’s Morning Show at KSON.

BALU

Producer

Aaryan Balu is the daily producer for Mo News and Culture Leaders. He began as a college radio intern at the University of Virginia (where he won the Intercollegiate Broadcast System's 2021 Best Feature News Story) before working as a reporter and on-air radio host at WVIK, Quad Cities NPR. With a podcasting portfolio that spans news, politics, business, lifestyle, and education, he loves to highlight the fascinating tidbits of any topic and bring them to your ears.

CARLAY

Carlay is a graduate of the renowned Audio Post Production program at Fanshawe College with a degree in Music Industry Arts.

 

Having worked as a freelance audio engineer and producer for the past few years, she has acquired a great amount of practical knowledge in many areas of the creative and technical audio industry working in: production and scripting, video editing, mixing and mastering, sound design and recording live audio.

As not only a producer but also as a composer, she strongly believes that quality compositions and top level audio together have the ability to transform various forms of digital media and bring them to a new level.

FOWLER

Digital Strategist

Emily Fowler is a graduate of The University of Kentucky where she earned her degree in Integrated Strategic Communication. During her time at the university, she was a member of the Kentucky Athletics Department team, working in digital marketing, production and fan engagement. Her experience working with a high-profile department helped her develop a keen understanding of how to engage diverse audiences, manage campaigns and promotions during high-scale athletic events.


On a day-to-day basis, Emily is responsible for managing tentwentytwo's social media presence, bringing creativity and consistency to platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. Her work ensures that tentwentytwo's social media accounts are relevant and engaging while standing on a rooftop with a megaphone shouting about the amazing accomplishments of tentwentytwo and its growing roster of clients.

Whether she’s curating content, crafting posts, or analyzing trends, Emily brings an innovative approach to social media management, constantly looking for ways to improve engagement and reach new potential clients.

tentwentytwo projects was created in 2019 by Callie and Jeff Dauler following the success of their own chart-topping podcast. Since then, they've developed, launched and monetized thousands of episodes for scores of clients, reaching over 10,000,000 listeners a year.

Callie has been managing high-level creative talent since 2009. Jeff spent 25 years in morning radio as a highly acclaimed on-air personality and executive producer of nationally syndicated morning shows.
